We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help us connect with small businesses and our accounting partners across Asia.

This is a key role where you'll own the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that have a real impact. You'll work with a wide range of teams—from sales and creative to our global counterparts—to bring our regional marketing plan to life. **If you love blending strategy with execution and are passionate about measurable results, we want to hear from you.**

**What You’ll Do**:
**Champion Our Customers**: Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, creating campaigns that resonate, solve their problems, and surprise and delight them.

**Collaborate to Win**: Act as a key connector between regional marketing, global teams, sales, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of the regional marketing plan.

**Drive Measurable Results**: Embed a data-first approach into all your work. You’ll support marketing leadership with insightful reporting, continuously optimising campaigns to achieve brand and commercial goals (MQLs, SALs, and sales pipeline).

**Hone Your Craft**: Use your creative flair and sharp copywriting skills to ensure all marketing communications meet Xero's high standards of quality and beauty.

**Own the Lead Lifecycle**: Work closely with our CRM and Sales Ops teams to ensure a highly efficient lead management process from initial engagement to sales conversion.
