**Lead, Business Planning & Operations Responsibilities**:

- Data driven business insights
- Lead impactful analyses on major revenue, partnership, market and product trends, including vertical/sub-vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness. Identify key levers for driving revenue growth across various APAC markets and channels/routes-to-market.
- Data Analytics and Insight into Business and Operations through a variety of tools including SQL, R, Tableau. Build for scale by developing automated reporting tools, and managing data pipelines and dashboards.
- Drive cadence of revenue / commercial reviews - across multiple dimensions (market, channel, vertical, key accounts).
- Support regional and market Sales teams with planning and operational requests e.g. planning, business reviews.
- Operating Cadence/ Rhythm of business
- Drive and improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and analytical approaches to the business (eg processes incl goal-setting, revenue or key accounts opportunities and tracking).
- Identify operational improvements based on review of current processes. Handle local enablement and change management with regional team.
- Translate regional initiatives to market level and help drive alignment. Identify projects at market/regional level that have potential to scale.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- 4+ years work experience in tech/consulting, past experience with operation improvement or data-driven work preferred
- Experience with story-telling and presentations (PowerPoint and Google Slides)
- Problem solving and analytical experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational), with experience in providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
- Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL, and advanced Excel modelling skills
- Strong communication and presentational skills, experience presenting business and technical content to general audiences
