What you will be working on
- Establish and maintain a strategic partnership with departments to gain in-depth insight into business operations.
- Support the departmental strategic objectives in budgeting, monitoring, financial closing, analysis, and external costing.
- Conduct business-driven reporting and provide value-added and forward-looking insights to facilitate management’s financial and operating decision making. This includes analysing financial performance against budget, forecast, prior periods to highlight issues and variances for timely follow-up.
- Manage and review of cost allocation to assess the efficiency of the different cost drivers and optimise resource allocation for informed decision making on resources utilisation and allocation for cost recovery.
- Offer strategic financial input and advice to meet business needs.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required.

What we are looking for
- Relevant degree in Accountancy or a recognised Professional Accountancy qualification eligible for ISCA membership, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA, financial analysis, costing, and budgeting is preferred.
- Experience with robotic process automation and data analytics tools is a plus.

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience
