The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.

Region SAP consists of seven retail markets and includes Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Australia and New Zealand.

**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Regional NCG Specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Regional Expansion team and work closely with the Regional Head of Construction & Facilities (C&F).

Together with the C&F team in the region and sales markets you create and implement the regional NCG strategy for transports, storage and handling You will also play an important role as Sustainable ambassador of the Expansion department to drive sustainability within our department together with the Region.

Key responsibilities including areas such as:

- Leading, motivating and challenging the NCG Specialists in the sales markets through our values, leadership expectations and with a growth mindset.
- You support, develop and advise on all NCG activities.
- You set goals and targets and follow-up on them.
- You drive strong cooperation with team members and stakeholders, both locally and centrally.
- You lead sustainability activities within Expansion Department, set targets, follow up & work with Global Sustainability team to drive our Goals
- Work with NCG procurement team to focus on RENUS and REUSE initiatives

**Qualifications**:
You are autonomous and handle problems with creativity while maintaining a good balance between long and short-term planning. You have strong communication skills, both in giving and receiving feedback to people but also regarding products and routines.

You enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborates with a group of diverse people in order to achieve set goals and targets.

Besides your personality we see that you have:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience within NCG or Logistics and C&F.
- Experience from setting and implementing NCG Strategies.
- Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with several stakeholders and seniority levels.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience from relevant field.
- Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background is meriting.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and interior.
- Flexibility to travel within the region on a frequent basis.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, based in one of our countries within sales market SEA (excl. Singapore unless you have the permit to work in this country) and you will report to the Regional Head of C&F for Region SAP
