**Business Analyst**:
You will be part of the dynamic RPA COE team, to implement new systems and RPA initiatives across various business units within the organization.

As a Business Analyst, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business requirements and process modelling and also be mentoring and facilitating the work required throughout the project journey which includes closely working with stakeholders to

re-design/streamline operational processes and implementing automated tools to help achieve maximum efficiency.

**Job Description**:

- To facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map as-is business processes and crafting to-be process maps.
- To design and support solutions based on business requirements.
- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- To maintain necessary project documentation.
- To track project milestones, statuses, weekly reports, and follow-up overdue items.
- To work with IT Tech team on any development/framework/architectural issues.
- To participate in UAT and to ensure the quality of the production bots.
- To conduct continuous research on new automation techniques/innovations.
- To provide technical support to business support post live, on production incidents.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
- Core experience and skills that will be required for this role:

- Stakeholder management experience and skills
- Requirements gathering and modelling skills
- Project management experience and skills
- Business Process Re-Engineering experience and skills
- Highly desirable experiences and skills for this role:

- 5 years hands-on experience in project implementation and scaling.
- Proven track record of success in requirements gathering, minimum 1 successful implementation of large scale/complex project.
