**Job Description**:
Building trust, relationship between the Data Team and our business stakeholders, and being responsible to further the maturity in Analytics in the business divisions he/she supports.
Collaborating and partnering with business units and external partners to identify, plan and prioritise descriptive and prescriptive analytics projects to foster a data-centric culture that produces business impact.
Partnering with Data Engineering to improve the data availability and quality of data pipelines, tools and processes. Including driving initiatives to standardise organisation metrics and leading data democratisation across the organisation.
Partnering with other Data Units across the organisation such as the Data Science Team, Audience Engineering, Data Programs, and Innovation Teams in order to find and drive project synergies to drive value in data and analytics in the business lines.
Contributing to data growth within the organisation by being part of infrastructural project teams and providing a point of view from business unit analytical needs.
Thought leadership in advancing organization’s digital transformation and advancing the maturity of the use of data and analytics across the organisation.
The team is highly diversified with members from completely different backgrounds, but we all believe in systematic approaches and we are always open to new solutions.
**Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Competencies)**:
General Knowledge & Experience
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
- A good university degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
- Exposure and understanding of digital media industry metrics is a bonus
Programming & Data
- Must have experience in working with SQL and Python for data analysis
- Must have experience in developing and deploying production-grade dashboards with Tableau (preferred), Quicksight (preferred), Google Data Studio
- Must have experience in creating compelling data reports & presentations
- Strong data story-telling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at different levels
- Experience working with AWS (Glue, Athena) is preferred
