**Title**:Robotic Process Automation: Failure Mode Analysis

**Description**:In Manufacturing line, Production team are reliant on Robotic Process Automations to allow productive automation to support laborious activity such as releasing automating the lot merging process, etc. However, these automation robots are prone to failure when encountering unexpected or a different situation. Due to the nature of them being fully automated, there’s a delay in response to reacting towards the robot condition and to continue the operation. Your role is to setup a methodology to “learn” the failure conditions and setup a 1) visibility for common user on the robot status; 2) automate a method to provide a prescriptive action on the robot action

**Scope**:In this project, the student will learn
- Manufacturing Line essentials, such as responding to hold lots, simple MES transactions
- Robotic Process Automation, the nature and troubleshooting of it

**Deliverable**:To create a dashboard on the RPA performance, including failure modes.

**Skillset required**: SQL, Python

**Impact**: You will increase the overall utilization of the Robot, and in turn allow a more productive manufacturing line

Duration: Summer Internship (May to August)
