Job Summary

A seasoned production scheduler is sought after by a reputable organization to spearhead end-to-end production planning, materials coordination and logistics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage work orders to ensure timely shipments aligned with customer demand
  • Coordinate tool builds at contract manufacturers, monitoring supply flow and resolving shortages or bottlenecks
  • Evaluate MRP outputs to ensure accurate materials ordering and availability for build and ship dates
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and delivery of materials and finished goods
  • Monitor BOM changes and ECOs, ensuring accurate implementation in production
  • Lead material transitions, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory with contract manufacturers
  • Track, analyze, and report on production and inventory KPIs, driving continuous improvement in planning processes
  • Support variance reviews with finance and provide regular updates on material status to management
  • Drive cross-functional problem solving for materials issues, ensuring no disruptions to production schedules
Key Qualifications:

Strong understanding of production planning, materials management and logistics principles. Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
