**Job Description**:

- Work with internal team to review forecasted requirement and delivery lead time to meet customer requirements.
- Preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with Corp. policies and procedures.
- Preparation of sales order, PO, invoicing, shipping, packing and import/export documentation.
- Attend suppliers and customers enquiries / details.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of all inventories between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to our warehouse timely and accuracy.
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, Safety and ISO requirements.
- Constantly improving and following the SOP, process control together with finance team.
- Perform & prepare cycle count, mid-year stock count & year end stock count.
- Set and monitor supplier performance.
- Handle all incoming calls.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘O’ level with at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Good knowledge of international trade administration e.g. import/export documentation etc.
- Good knowledge of inventory control management.
- Good working attitudes and team work.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Computer knowledge in MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP Hana and Ariba are advantageous.
