Sales Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotation to follow up with customers.
- Assist sales manager to prepare materials for presentation to prospective customers.
- Assist to provide sales/technical support to customers.
- Planning and co-ordinate all sales/projects processes.
- Assist to co-ordinate and schedule products demo sessions for managers.
- To uphold high organisational values and ensure business ethics and integrity.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Nitec / ITE, Certificate in office skills or equavalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Establish good business relationships for customer confidence.
- Respond/Resolve customers’ concerns and feedback promptly.
- Ability to multi-tasks for all administrative tasks assisgned from time to time.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Training will be provided for those without experience.
- Salary will commensurate with experience
