Assist & coordinate with Environmental Compliance General Manager (ECM) in monitoring vessels adherence with statutory requirements and company policies related to environment management of ships. This role involves collecting and verifying all necessary documentation before submission to the ABS Portal, as well as retrieving the emission report from the ABS Portal and uploading it to another system
- Maintaining records, monitoring, analyzing data and providing technical assistance for various environmental indicators such as air pollution, water pollution, and plastic waste.
- Brief and train the Ship’s Senior Officers about environmental sustainability, rules, and regulations through face-to-face presentations.
- Identifying opportunities for systematic improvement in Environmental Management Systems and working with the class society and authority to align compliance reports as needed.

- Registering vessels in Hawaii Department of Health VGP e-permit and VGP eNOI requirements for new DPA, Annual VGP filling and validating the information related to laboratory testing results for ballast water treatment, gray water, bilge, and exhaust gas scrubber
- Coordinates with the Fleet Director/Fleet Manager on existing clients budget requirements, including the converting of AESM format to Owner’s format.
- Assisting owners with their sustainability data requirements, such as Clean Ships Index, Environmental Ships Index, GHG, ESG.
- Develop complete annual budgets in collaboration with department Manning, Technical and etc. Ensure that budgets are in line with company goals and strategic objectives.
- Liaise with the technical, operations, and ECD teams to meet the needs of the charterer and owners. Coordinate with the vessel manager and vessel for preparation of Monitoring Plans for compliance with Fuel EU regulation.
- Assisting the ESG Manager in driving Environmental Sustainability projects, conducting feasibility studies in facilities, subscriptions, suppliers, and renewable energy design reviews that organization will benefit in ROI calculation.
- Participate in quarterly Environmental Group Meetings arranged by DNV or the appropriate classification society. Evaluate the potential impact of new regulations discussed in the meetings on your organization's operations. Work together with relevant departments to evaluate the operational changes needed for compliance.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field
- Strong understanding of international maritime environmental regulations preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
