**Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)**

**Job Scope (Responsibilities)**:

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Experience in control inventory/ FIFO/ product expiry date in proper formula and format
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- In charge of stock take

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- WSQ or equivalent certifications in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Logistics Management.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (minimum 3-5 years) leading teams in cold chain / cold room warehouse (-18°C) and logistics operations.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures, cold chain best practices, and temperature-sensitive product handling.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and inventory databases.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and hygiene standards applicable to cold storage facilities in Singapore.
- Leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage warehouse & logistics staff.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
