Singapore NXGEN COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD Full time

Responsible for Operations and Maintenance Services for Telephony Systems, Unified Comms and Contact Centre Solutions, insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of various voice recording systems (NICE, Verint, Avaya ACRA etc). This includes installation, maintenance, and management of the voice recording systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and Maintain the various voice logger system together with the Telephony Systems, Unified Comms and Contact Centre Solutions.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring mínimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards.
- Support system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
- Assist customers in patch updates, software upgrading and submitting reports.
- Documentation of issues and solutions for training and guide respective team members.

- Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters.
- Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
- Provide presales & post sales support and maintaining all necessary technical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT, Unified Communications or Engineering field.
- Professional Certification in NICE, Verint or Avaya ACRA will be added advantage.
- Minimum 2 year experience in handling the various voice logger.
- Customer facing and managing abilities, positive, committed and independent.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks required.
- Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
- Rotated Standby duties.
