**Position**:
As a client-centric department, Client Relations and Experience (CRE) plays a crucial role in client development and driving sales opportunities through an enhanced client experience, either in-store, out-of-store or through participation in events.

As part of the team, the Client Relations & Experience Executive will assist in Hospitality Coordination for Regional & International events. He/She will also be supporting the Senior CRE Manager in High Watch/High Jewelry related client activations across South Asia.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support in developing a bespoke and strategic 360 treatment program for Regional and International events: invitation, accommodation, transports, preparation of itinerary/welcome letter, restaurant & experiences, gifting etc.
- Extensive research on special experiences, cultural events gifting and gastronomy to elevate experience for each project
- Liaising with and support South Asia country teams to ensure the smooth execution of all High Jewelry & Watch (HJW) in-store, out of store and regional events
- Coordinate and assist in developing HJW related activation animation and assets
- Serving as a link between the central team and the country teams on global guidelines and local perspective on needs and cultural differences
- Best practice sharing across South Asia markets
- Proactively sourcing ideas and having awareness of competitors' activities
- Assist in all budget monitoring by updating costing file
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and ensure that all offers are negotiated in accordance with budget constraints
- Process event related invoices via SAP and set up new vendors as required
- Preparing monthly reports and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Profile**:
**Key Requirements & Competencies**
- Experience in luxury retail preferred
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Strong communication skills particularly when dealing with international and multilingual stakeholders
- Strong client-centric mindset
- An understanding of different cultures and an international mindset
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, agile and can anticipate future consequences
- Rigorous organizational and logístical skills required
