**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Leading & guiding team to perform daily operations of the buildings, including M&E works, security services, cleaning, landscape, arrears management, etc
- Plan and ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance regime for retail mall and office towers, including fire safety regulations
- Oversee the efficient performance of equipment, develop system of tracking and rectification of defects, work safety procedures and risk assessment
- Lead the preparation of tender specifications, tender interviews, evaluation and recommendation
- Streamline operations processes within the team and ensuring adherence to Property Management SOPs. (E.g. Work processes, checklists, handbooks, fit-out guides etc.)

- Managing tenants’ relations, tenancy designs and regulatory authorities
- Responsible for overall Operations P&L budget and performance
- Work with Group Operations to explore and review new initiatives and technologies to drive operational efficiency and ESG efforts
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in property management including retail mall operations
- Sound M&E and interior design knowledge
- Know-hows in tenants’ management, building maintenance, technical services, construction work
- Strong leadership, resourceful, proactive with project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or Property Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Certified Fire Safety Manager
- Certified Green Mark Manager is advantageous
