DESIGNATION : [Reeracoen Singapore] Recruitment Consultant (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a Recruitment Consultant (RA) in Reeracoen Singapore is to provide the highest level of customer service to our corporate clients.

Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager.

**【What will you be working on】**
- Business development to foster new business relationships
- Account management with existing clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent.
- Proactive selling and negotiation on multiple levels

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 2-3 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Recruitment industry
- Experience working in a Japanese company will be an added advantage
- Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining)

OTHER INFORMATION
- _Basic Salary upto S$5,500_
- Flexible timings from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (as long as the employee fulfils 8 hours, excluding lunch break).
- Uncapped Monthly Commission
- Variable Bonus（based on company and individual performance）
- Flexible Benefit Allowance ($500 per year)
- Annual Leave: 14 days (18 days 3rd year onwards)
