**Responsibilities**:
If you are ambitious, upbeat, collaborative, and solution-oriented—looking to work with and learn from passionate and dedicated teammates—you’ll fit right in This role offers hands-on experience in both online and offline B2B marketing, with a strong focus on partnership-driven initiatives as well as program management of Lark for Scale-Ups.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support marketing campaign planning and execution, working closely with Marketing Managers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in partnership marketing efforts, including collaborating with external partners on co-marketing campaigns, content creation, and joint event planning.
- Support the program management of Lark for Scale-Ups, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Lark’s solutions among fast-growing businesses.
- Provide creative and co-ordination support for event planning and execution, including partner-led events, webinars, and offline activations.
- Analyze and report on marketing initiatives and partnership performance, delivering insights on engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Think creatively to enhance marketing content and design, ensuring materials are engaging, high-quality, and aligned with partnership strategies.

- Proficiency in major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more, with a keen eye for spotting trends and generating creative marketing ideas.
- Basic experience in content creation and editing, including images and videos, to support marketing and partnership initiatives.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Enthusiastic learner with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Responsible and reliable, demonstrating accountability and the ability to manage tasks independently.
