**Background**

As the global benchmark for integrated resort developments, Marina Bay Sands continually evolves and reinforces its positioning as the premium luxury and lifestyle destination of choice.

As the property embarks on its significant capital plan to reinvest in its current offerings and in the pipeline the MBS expansion project both bringing our products and programming to the next level, the Resort Marketing team is executing a strategic multi-year vision and roadmap to support this transformational shift.

Marketing efforts will be focused on elevating the resort’s brand positioning; which forms the anchor of how programming, products, experiences are executed and brought to life across the customer journey.

The multi-year, multi-faceted strategic plan requires nothing short of operational excellence across various departments and multiple workstreams for the world-class execution of our marketing efforts that will drive the elevation of brand and along with it Marina Bay Sands as a destination.

You will be part of a world-class marketing team; in a unique role that allows you to support the team in driving strategic marketing plans in an integrated resort development that as we all know it has a dynamically complex business model. **Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Associate Director of Resort Marketing to join the team, who will take on a centralized strategic planning and operational excellence role:

- Strong collaborator who will work alongside the Resort Marketing leadership team and Chief Marketing Officer to drive executions of the strategic marketing vision and plans. Be operationally astute to drive alignment, communication, and facilitation of ideas across respective disciplines to achieve common goals.
- As a highly efficient and organized individual, you will be able to develop and establish processes and workstreams that will be operationally efficient. The focus on driving Marketing Operations Excellence will be thoroughly present through the execution of brand, festivals, and all strategic marketing initiatives.
- Find agile and unconventional ways to quantify the impact and performance of Resort Marketing’s efforts and reach across all our strategic initiatives. Leverage customer data and analytics to derive insights on customer segmentations, behaviors to understand areas of opportunities to acquire engage, and ignite aspiration and develop loyalty for our high-value customers via strategic, actionable, relevant marketing approaches.
- The dynamic nature of this role will also require resourcesfulness in research, and be well-versed in regional market insights with a good understanding of the premium customers in key markets to derive good insights and identify relevant and executable marketing opportunities.
- You will drive meaningful conversations and seek synergistic collaborative opportunities with the Singapore Tourism Board and other relevant government agencies such as the Urban Redevelopment Authority for projects that relate to driving the attractiveness and appeal of the Marina Bay precinct as a premium destination.
- You will also be the liaison and drive synergies between Resort Marketing and cross-property teams, the key operational arm that handles special ad-hoc high-impact cross-departmental and cross-functional projects that span cross various touchpoints of the property.
- Given the reach and impact of Resort Marketing’s efforts, you will need to be a strong collaborator and be prepared to work with diverse teams across the resort to form meaningful relationships, steer conversations and ideas, and align on workstreams to drive the best outcomes for the company.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business/Marketing Analytics,or other related analytical fields.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in jobs relating to strategy and planning.
- Experience in customer analytics from management consulting, finance, would be preferred.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, while being curious, creative, and meticulous to details.
- Casino related experience is a bonus but not compulsory.
- Programming skills using analytical tools such as Base SAS, SAS EG, SQL, R or Python is a bonus.
- Highly proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI.
- Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong organizational skills
