We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Officer to join our Facility Management team.

This incumbent will plan, organise and execute the maintenance, repairs, and improvement program for electrical and mechanical facilities and systems at all Singapore Pools properties.

**What You'll Do**
- You will work closely with key stakeholders and vendors to plan and execute all projects, repairs, and maintenance works of electrical systems for assigned Singapore Pools properties to ensure the business operation continuity.
- You will lead the sustainable operations activities to achieve sustainability goals and targets.
- You will scan, identify, and develop relevant technologies for deployment within Singapore Pools built environments to support the digitalisation of Facility Management operations.
- You will manage contracts through timely call for quotations, stringent review, and evaluation of proposals in order to ensure getting the best value for all building services, maintenance and renovation works.
- You will submit reports, monitor budget and expenditure, prepare RFP / RFQ / tender document / EAFS, check invoices and update records and ensure that operating expenditures are within budgets.
- You will assess and manage risks at all workplaces and comply with prevailing safety and statutory regulations to ensure the safety of the employees, customers and Singapore Pools assets.
- You will stay up to date on the various technical regulations stipulated by relevant authorities/governing bodies (e.g. BCA, SCDF, EMA) and ensure that Singapore Pools properties do not breach safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- You will need at least a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- You should have minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- You should have experience in managing mechanical / electrical systems in large buildings.
- You should have experience in managing mechanical / electrical systems supporting sustainability efforts.
- You should have experience in managing projects involving mechanical / electrical installations.
- You should have experience in project management and risk management.
- You should have knowledge of relevant code of practices, standards, and legislations (BCA, Singapore Power, EMA codes etc).
