We are looking to hire an Assistant Director (Education and Capability Development) who will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of education programmes in Fair and Progressive employment practices. The Assistant Director will lead a team to design programmes and education content to increase the adoption of fair and progressive practices among employers.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing key engagement and education strategies to build employers’ capabilities in implementing fair and progressive practices. This would include promoting NWC guidelines with new curriculum and programmes to encourage adoption among employer
- Identifying key partnerships to increase knowledge of trends and best practices to keep content relevant and practicable to employers
- Ensuring successful delivery of resources across various platforms to reach different target groups of employees
- Managing quality and reach of programmes to support overall corporate customer service standards

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 10 years’ experience in HR covering key areas such as recruitment and talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and industrial relations
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in content development as well as in operations
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- IHRP certification would be an advantage
