
HR & Executive Associate, Asia

We are hiring an **HR & Executive Associate, Asia **based in Singapore to join McGraw Hill's HR team. You will be working with Asia HR team and business to execute on the strategic direction of the Asia business. Assist in implementing regional employment policies, resourcing, and talent development initiatives, to attract and retain high calibers and unleash their potential.
**Below are key responsibilities**:
- Provide full support to employees and hiring managers and guide them through the onboarding, induction and offboarding process.
- Maintain and update country specific Employee Handbooks, Employee Benefits programs across Asia region. Liaise with local brokers and insurers on special claim cases.
- Administer and manage employees’ leave records in HRIS.
- Manage ServiceNow portal to escalate employees’ inquiries
- Support region employees and functional heads to address employees’ queries related to employment acts, regulations, HR policies etc. to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with payroll team on monthly payroll movement files. Run yearly report for accrued leave records for payroll & accounting in end of every year.
- Assist in building engagement with all levels of employees and contribute to the development of a robust culture at region level.
- Provide support to Senior Leadership team with travel arrangements, lodging and meeting planning as needed.
- Provide support in coordination of business meetings and facilitating logistics duties to Senior Leadership Team.
- Plan, manage and execute events from team events, summits, town halls, and other celebrations and milestones.
- Other ad-hoc HR & admin related activities assigned by manager.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Willing to learn and venture in different working culture and environment.
- Willing to listen and speak to all levels of employees showing the competencies of influencing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Agile in change management.
- Strong skills in analytics, problem solving and presentation.
- Experience in using HRMS tools.
