**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS).
- Provide logistics support for monthly seminars.
- Assist in finance matters - scholarship disbursements, purchase orders, staff/student claims and ad-hoc billing/payment matters.
- Assist with exam coordination and exam script collection/disposal.
- Handle hiring paperwork for Teaching Assistant/Research Assistant/Student Assistant.
- Maintain up-to-date course materials in shared repository.
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks, e.g.: office printer, asset audit checks, annual Commencement event and etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- achelor Degree/Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and IT-savvy.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Meticulous, organized and resourceful.
- Result-oriented individual who possesses a positive attitude and initiative, and able to multi-task.
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Able to work after office hours occasionally when needed.
