**The Role**
- We are seeking a highly experienced **Global Alliance Director** to join our team and manage a key client account. As the primary point of contact for this major account, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
**A typical day may involve**:
- Develop and execute an Account Business Plan to drive growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to enhance the client’s business.
- Manage enterprise-wide client relationships at senior levels.
- Oversee P&L management and ensure the financial health of the account.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Act as the single point of contact for senior client communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage issue escalation and resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Direct the account leadership team and foster a culture of excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential.
- Ensure alignment between account teams and organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving profitable growth.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
