**Job Summary**

As a Risk Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization. This position requires a proactive professional capable of ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving a strong risk-aware culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
- Design, execute, and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Enhance employee awareness and understanding of risk management practices, including BCM and BCP.
- Collaborate with risk owners to conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks.
- Monitor risk exposure and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on risk management practices.
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with risk management policies.
- Be willing to relocate or travel frequently to Batam as required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and risk management procedures.
- Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide risk management strategies aligned with business goals.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in risk management and business continuity management, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing sector.
- Willingness to participate in company-wide projects or activities as assigned.
