**Operations Admin for Sterra**
- Provide assistance to the Operations Manager.
- Manage the scheduling of customers’ installations and repairs.
- Answer operations related queries and calls from customers.
- Manage the inventory flow in the warehouse.
- Manage delivery fleet and 3PL.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Hands on and great sense of job ownership.
- Customer oriented, and positive work attitude.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Team player with great adaptability.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment.
- ** Basic command of English and/or Chinese.**

**Special Skills**:

- Experience working in e-commerce.
- Experience in routing delivery fleet (Maps).
- Experience in utilizing Shopify / Lazada / Shopee / Lalamove / Orderhive platform.
- Intermediate experience with Google Spreadsheet / Doc / Calendar.

**Working Schedule**: 5.5 days work/week. Mon
- Fri -9am-6pm and Sat -9am-1pm.

Location: 8 Pandan Crescent.
