The Boomi Professional Services Organization (PSO) supports customers with a successful implementation of the Boomi platform. This can be an initial project, extensions, improvements, migrations or starting to use more elements of the platform. Ultimately the PSO team makes sure that our customers are successful in using the platform.

The PSO team consists of services sales, project managers, consultants (developers) and architects. The focus of this role would be to lead a team of consultants/architects and work together with your peers to deliver successful projects. The focus is to make sure the team has the right level of knowledge, hits their utilization levels, deliver according to the (quality) standards, handle escalations in cooperation with the PMO lead and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you’ll achieve

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for growing / developing your team to implement solutions for our clients. You will be in a fast paced, an ever growing technology, industry, and work environment with new challenges encountered along the way.

You will:

- Ensure right level of skills and expertise within the team
- Responsible for overall quality of delivery and working according to standards and best practices
- Control the right capacity by hiring new team members based on backlog and outlook
- Develop and coach the team members, create a team spirit, and drive the right behavior
- Work with the services sales team on new bookings; provide leads from existing customers
- Collaborate cross functional in the PSO team to ensure knowledge sharing, creating new best practices, opportunities for team members to grow and create visibility.
- Support team members during difficult assignments, build customer relationships, especially when beneficial for the project
- Build relationships outside PSO and collaborate Boomi wide
- Be actively involved in driving the further development of the Boomi and PSO org

Essential Requirements
- Technical Degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Professional services/consulting, architecting, and delivering the solutions in the Systems Integration space. SaaS experience desirable
- 2+ years’ experience in leading technical teams / projects
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Dell Boomi projects
- Experience in a customer-facing environment such as technical consulting
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Aptitude both for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements to technical features
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and management clients.
- Experience managing a high volume of activity, and a large number of projects, in a fast-paced growing organization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload.
- Travel 20%

Desirable Requirements
- Database skills including SQL, data modeling, and databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
- Development scripting skills with Java, Groovy
- Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD).
