**Product / Business Analyst - HH IT Data & Analytics**

The role will be reporting to the HH IT Data & Analytics Capability Lead Asia Pacific.

Human Health IT (HH IT) is a global IT organization supporting all Human Health commercial and marketing organizations providing innovative capabilities that support realization of critical business objectives and ensure we can realize our mission to improve human health around the world and deliver superior value to our stakeholders. HH IT Data & Analytics strives to improve patient and business outcomes around the world through analytics and technology.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Make comprehensive commercial data easily accessible to Human Health colleagues, to enable data driven decision making through self-service capabilities.
- Leverage best in class cloud native technology to support rapidly changing business needs with a standard evolving architecture that is scalable, extensible and interoperable and automated.

**Education Minimum Requirement**:

- MSc. Degree or BSc. Degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing or other numerate discipline with 5-6 years' experience supporting a sales and marketing environment. IIBA or similar qualification is a plus.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- English language proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Experience with business process modelling and analysis.
- Prior experience facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experienced in developing and managing user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of commercial business processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment.
- Have participated in SDLC Waterfall and familiar with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) project methodologies and practices.
- Experience with information management, Business Intelligence and digital marketing a plus.
- Familiarity with laws, rules and regulations applicable to Pharma industry is desirable.
- Analytical thinker demonstrating experience in optimizing Sales & Marketing business processes.
- Superior written, listening, communication and influencing skills..
- The ability to advocate new ideas, even when risks are involved.
