**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- As a data product manager (PM) focuses on product data management, which is the process of collecting, organizing, storing, and sharing data within HH commercial organization.
- Lead the HH IT Core Data product squad including all aspects of product lifecycle management from concept to delivery.
- Engage with users, sponsors and other stakeholders across other HH IT DnA teams, other HH IT Delivery teams, HH Market teams, HH Insights, Analytics & Data for discovery, validation, and shaping of vision, strategy and roadmaps.
- Define and implement prioritization framework to direct investments and manage evolution of capabilities according to established roadmaps, priorities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad(s).
- Partner with squad members including but not limited to scrum masters, technical lead(s) and development team to manage high-quality product delivery leveraging Agile SDLC methodology.
- Be accountable for enablement, adoption and growth of global data content products across HH markets.
- Establish, track and monitor Value Realization metrics for the Data products and communicate on a regular and as needed basis to stakeholders.
- Partner with Foundational Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud and other Our Company enterprise teams to define, implement and extend required capabilities and services to address HH divisional needs.
- Scan the data and technology landscape to assess how we can use these solutions to support business imperatives. Follows through with Innovation PoC and onboarding of pertinent solutions in partnership with other stakeholders in the organization.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- B.S. or M.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated Product Management experience in Data and Analytics space using Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in Life sciences and Pharma domain and experience.
- Strong expertise in building and supporting Cloud Data platform solutions.
- Deep Knowledge and experience building cloud data platform and data warehouse products using cloud native solutions.
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas of data acquisition, data modelling, data transformations and build data pipelines is highly essential.
- Define and maintain the global data standards and reusable connectors to share and configure by the regional product teams.
- Leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to set direction and lead/ motivate teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders.
- Preferred Experience and Skills:_
- Certifications in one or more cloud technologies with a preference to AWS.
- Agile and/or Product Management Certifications
- Prior experience in building data pipelines and solution designing of Data products is highly desired.
- Perform solution reviews and able to guide the product teams to build optimal and reusable solutions.
- Proven delivery excellence of one or more data products and increments in Agile delivery.
- Understanding of Global Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing data domains.
- Understanding of emerging trends and technology offerings in data and analytics and able to work independently on the Poc’s.
