Singapore ACHIEVE TECHNOLOGY ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD Full time

**Working hours**:9am - 6pm, 5 working days

**Duration of contract**:6 Months Renewable

Job Scope:

- Assess and verify the adequacy of KYC information provided by the Front Office or applicants, ensuring thorough due diligence for onboarding new counterparties, including sanction screening via World-Check and other relevant platforms.
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation, including counterparty registrar details, beneficial ownership information, and other related documents.
- Identify and assess key counterparty risks by evaluating clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive counterparty profiles and commentary for new counterparties.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of clients' KYC records to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
- Offer guidance to Business and Support Units on KYC-related matters as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance of counterparty data within the Pioneer systems.Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
