- **M&E and Renovation Experience**:Must be familiar with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works and general renovation activities, including hacking, wet works, reinstatement, and fitting-out.
- **Minimum Experience**:At least 2 years of relevant site experience in M&E and renovation projects.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**:Find solutions, not excuses, and take initiative to resolve site issues effectively.
- **Communication and Reporting**:Able to prepare basic site reports, update project progress, and communicate clearly with management, clients, and site teams.
- **Proactive and Independent**:Must be hands-on, able to manage tasks without constant supervision.
- **Site Knowledge**:Familiarity with Singapore site practices, permit-to-work systems, and basic safety compliance is an advantage.
