**Job** **Description**: This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications and digital content creation for social media in PSA. The intern will work closely with HR teams to enhance our digital presence and internal engagement strategies.
- Drive engagement with prospective hires via our social media platforms.
- Leveraging social media channels as alternative engagement platforms for employee engagement.
- Support media productions for employee engagement and communications.
- Create and curate content that highlights company culture and employee achievements
- Edit and produce short-form video content for various platforms
- Design graphics and visual elements for social media posts and internal communications
**Requirements**:
- Basic video editing skills preferred
- Minimum 6 months commitment
