**JOB SUMMARY**
- In this key role, the Engineer Assistant will develop process documentation, including procedures, and reports, and ISO audit. Responsible on quality improvement

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** **Establishing flow & procedures to ensure smooth, effective & efficient running of production
- Creating and maintaining the Venture Standard Operating Procedure
- Leading a group of Associates/ Technicians Operators & ensuring compliance to quality standards, company guidelines & procedures are adhered to whilst providing necessary support to production
- Validating and maintaining that the equipment is in good condition, and the master list of equipment in the production, to ensure the most current revisions are implemented on the line
- Reviewing and evaluating 1st article samples before customer submission
- Participating in product rework / quarantine
- Generating and validating quality / receiving action reports
- Maintaining minimum debug WIP through test yield improvements & resource management
- Constantly looking into better quality efficiencies & better coverage to achieve 1st class quality at minimum cost
- Develop processes and instructions for production
- Analyse data and make suggestions for improvement
- Work with customer and engineering personnel on continuous improvement activities
- Involved in ISO audit activities

**AUTHORITY**
- Able to command the Associates/ Technicians Operators and supervisor on any process changes

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Preferably 2-3 years relevant experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative and sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a manufacturing environment

**JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITE**
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
