**What You'll Do**:

- Plan and implement the various substation maintenance program in accordance to budget provisions and schedules
- Site management and supervise contractors and staff during replacement & repair of Distribution substation facilities
- Ensure that relevant claims and documents are promptly submitted by Contractors and processed for eventual job closing
- Liaise and obtain permission from customers on the assigned work to facilitate access for substation maintenance/repair and related works.
- Ensure all relevant documents and approvals have been obtained prior to start of substation maintenance/repair and related works.
- Perform necessary coordination between contractors and/or customers to ensure job can be fulfilled
- Attend to customers and/or Authorities' complaints & feedbacks
- Update records in the NMACS and FLINS
- Perform standby duty during and after office hours for substation maintenance/repair and related works
- Manage and guide junior officers for substation maintenance/repair and related works
- Prepare, update and submit weekly report and contract status

**What You'll Need**:

- Diploma/Nitec in Civil Engineering/Building management or equivalent from recognized institutions
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Responsible and take ownership of tasks assigned
