Administrative and operations support for the warehouse.
- To perform daily warehouse clerical work, do housekeeping and filing.
- To perform other/ad-hoc duties tasked by reporting manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist warehouse supervisor in daily store transaction records and related duties.
- Monitor materials stock count and follow up with any recent materials problem.
- Verify and record warehouse incoming and outgoing stock count to ensure its accuracy.
- To back up the administrative duties & documentation support.
- Provide the first level of support and customer service.
- Responsible for processing and management of customer's orders with the timely delivery arrangement in the internal warehouse management system platform.
- Not limited to working with transporters/ forwarders/ warehouse to resolve any issues which may result in delayed or non-deliveries, (this may include short lead-time orders) and resolve issues when conflict arises.
- Point of contact for Internal Department & customers with orders and deliveries arrangements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $1,350.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
