MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To prospect new customers and market opportunities in Singapore through cold calling and sales calls, monitor competitive activities, and position the company to capitalise on all opportunities for enterprises with contract logistics requirements, focusing on the following customer segments:
a. 3PL Business

b. Manufacturing and Electronics

c. Aviation & Aerospace

d. Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals

e. Automotive

f. Cold Chain

g. Energy & Industrial

2. To research the country's logistics and supply chain landscape to develop and execute a strategic business plan as approved by Management.

3. To put in place OKRs and KPIs to measure against the business plan.

4. To achieve the quarterly and annual set revenue goals, profit, and market share.

5. To work with marketing communications to develop marketing and run marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness of the company’s contract logistics and warehousing service offering, both locally and internationally.

6. To leverage the other company service offerings to complement existing business to create new revenue streams.

7. To report New Sales Pipeline during biweekly Sales Meeting.

8. To achieve 16 monthly prospective customers converted from leads generated. To plan and execute at least 3-5 customers visits a week.

9. To onboard new customers onto the company WMS and set up relevant SOPs.

10. To increase communication and coordination between Sales and Operations to attain a high-quality customer experience.

11. To confer with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and develop new incremental business.

12. Part of the team responsible for attainment of quality standards such as GDP and GDPMDS for the warehouse.

13. To lead the contract logistics team to fulfil customer requirements.

14. To manage the administrative and operations issues of the contract logistics team, including smooth functioning and cleanliness of the warehouse.

15. To meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

16. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director, including adhoc deployment for projects.

17. To review and assess the company warehouse management systems, and be involved in evaluations of new vendors if applicable.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
