Join us as a Sales / Sales Support Specialist & Engineer for the Motion Business area where you will be providing support to customer and sales engineer by assisting with sales procedures providing excellence customer experience though professional handling and prompt responses. This position reports to the Sales Support Manager and based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contacting point for customer inquiries, fostering positive relationships through clear communication, and providing prompt responses for both internal and external customers
- Assisting Sales Engineer with quotations, such as providing pricing information or order status updates for existing projects. Involving tender submissions by gathering necessary information, preparing comprehensive documents, and ensuring timely submission in accordance with client requirements
- Facilitating the order booking process by ensuring all necessary approvals and information are obtained
- Once a sale is confirmed, ensuring a smooth transition by processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Participating in improvement projects to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction
- Performing essential tasks to maintain organized and efficient operations, including proper filing, and updating Salesforce (SFDC) with accurate customer and order information for both internal and external customers

**Your background**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in a engineering field (preferred)
- At least 1-5 years of experience in a sales or sales support role support role or similar customer service environment
- Prior Knowledge in Pump and motor is a added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
