Job Scope:

- Handling finance related task including preparation of banking documentations for import / export letter of credit (L/C) and collection bills, SBLC and BG
- Process daily export / collection bills to be sent to banks for negotiation / presentation
- Follow up on export / collection bills discrepancies, acceptance payment and any disputes
- Processing of import bills and its settlements
- Liaison with banks for rates on L/C confirmations and discounting
- Perform month-end Bank reconciliations
- Process accounting data entries into SAP accounting system
- Process daily outgoing remittances in the accounting system and bank’s cash management system
- Attend to queries from banks & trading departments
- Date entry payments in internet banking system, enter & posting of accounting JV’s
- Reconciliations of balance sheet items - loans, NR’s
- Assist the finance team in ad-hoc task when required

**Requirements**:

- Possess some Trade Finance / LC / Banking / Accounting / Finance experience
- Knowledge in accounting & bank reconciliations will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate user of MS Excel)
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
- The role might be converted to permanent depending on performance & availability of role
