Asst Director, Outreach and Engagement, RHso

Reporting to the Director, Operations, RHS Office, the incumbent will lead in outreach and engagement to residents to sign up to Health with NUHS and increase participation to NUHS health programmes.
**Job Reponsibilities**:
1) Lead in development of outreach and engagement strategy and implementation to sign up Health with NUHS
2) Develop roadmap and implementation for outreach and engagement via OneNUHS app
3) Lead in promoting health programmes to residents under care of NUHS
4) Engage internal and community stakeholders e.g. grassroots organisations and social service agencies with operations team to reach out to the residents.
5) Understand the needs of the residents through outreach and feedback to planning and operations team.
6) Lead in outreach and engagement team in assigned areas
- Ensure department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission - people, funding, skill & technology
- Develop team members to enhance their skills & harness their potential
- Integrate team with the other RHSO departments & division
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in healthcare, business or marketing related discipline.
- At least 10 years relevant experience in healthcare and/or marketing.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
