What You Will Be Working On

You will be involved in planning and executing the full product lifecycle, including:

  • Engage with the agency Product Owner to establish a clear vision for the product
  • Collaborate with business partners to define the product vision and obtain stakeholder buy-in
  • Develop outreach and promotion strategies
  • Define go-to-market strategies and execute plans

Designing, Testing, and Iterating Through Experiments

  • Design, test, and iterate experiments to improve user experience
  • Manage product budget and resources

Monitoring, Analyzing User Behavior

  • Conduct user studies and analyze data
  • Research industry solutions

Collecting, Analyzing, and Presenting User Interest

  • Translate strategy into detailed plans
  • Support developers with emerging tools

Analyzing User Segments

  • Evaluate solutions and justify choices
  • Prioritize features for different segments

Creating Data-Driven Analytics and Insights

  • Develop analytics for decision-making
  • Coordinate across functions

Driving User Growth

  • Increase engagement and usage
  • Build networks for collaboration

Keeping Things Organized

  • Run efficient meetings
  • Prioritize and track tasks
  • Document decisions

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure security and performance standards
  • Adhere to compliance requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant fields with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience in product management, IT analysis, and solution design
  • Knowledge of modern product development practices
  • Experience working with engineers and designers
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMP, Scrum Master)
