**Summary of Responsibilities
**Programmes & Events**:
- Develop and implement programs, including outreach and restoration campaigns
- Prepare program proposal
- Prepare monthly report
- Secure funds and sponsorships to support the events and campaigns
- Coordinate logístical needs with external vendors and service providers
- Develop and manage the program budget
- Monitor and analyse program outcome proposal and prepare post-program report
- Update social media platforms and websites
Volunteer Management
- Recruit, engage, manage and retain volunteers
- Identify training needs to build volunteer capability
- Manage volunteer database
- Prepare monthly report
**Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure that the work operates according to the Ministry's guidelines.
Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
