DESIGNATION : Sr Executive / Asst Manager, Business Operations (6 months contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for day-to-day programme operations support not limited to support with loyalty operations, rewards management, and consumer/partner services
- Responsible for setup, configuration, and management of partners
- Responsible and accountable for monthly billing and support
- Support for daily, weekly, and monthly operations to manage customers as well as partners and the rewards pertaining to them
- Support for terminal management, crediting of loyalty points and adjustments etc
- Lastly, support with resolution of issues pertaining to customers' rewards accounts and related points, rewards, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
**[Must have]**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience in the programme operations, payment industry, or loyalty programme
- Proficiency in managing and cross-collaboration with multiple departments
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Capable of translating strategies and initiatives with clear planning and execution
**[Technical exposure/proficiency]**
- Knowledge of SQL ( data extraction, generation of reports) preferred
- Understanding of systems and loyalty programmes is an advantage
- Management of large database, Access, Excel / CSV files, and Tableau data in the capacity of end-user
- Knowledge of batch scripts and processing
- Troubleshooting skills
**[Good-to-have]**
- Prior experience in the loyalty industry / similar industries
- Prior knowledge and experience in the setup of rewards management systems
- Prior experience in customer experience and journey management
