Hess Academy Singapore is looking for a dedicated Tuition Centre Manager to support the smooth operations of our tuition centre. If you have excellent organisational skills, enjoy working closely with parents, students, and tutors, and value building long-term relationships, we would love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with tutors and students to manage and optimise tuition schedules.
2. Arrange trial classes and ensure seamless scheduling for new enrollments.
3. Customer Care & Sales Support: Attend inquiries from prospective clients, provide detailed information about our programs, and promote Hess Academy’s offerings.
4. Follow up with sales leads to convert opportunities into successful enrollments.
5. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
6. Plan, organise, and manage special programmes, including summer camps and other seasonal events.
7. Finance & Administration: Prepare invoices, track payments, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding fees.
8. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client account histories.
**Working Hours**:
Tuesday to Saturday: Full Day (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Sunday: Half Day (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
Monday: Off
**What We’re Looking For**:
Skills & Attributes:
- Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Warm and approachable, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients, students, and tutors.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage schedules and workflows.
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in education management, operations, or customer care is preferred.
- Well-versed in handling administrative tasks like invoicing and payments tracking.
Proficiency:
- Comfortable using scheduling software and tools to manage tuition sessions (experience with education-related CRM systems is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for responding to inquiries and following up on leads.
