- Appuyez sur les touches espace ou entrée pour alterner la visibilité de la section.**You will work in the Global Risk Control department**, under the supervision of Middle Office Supervisor, and will seek to
**measure, analyse and monitor the P&L, Exposure and the Value At Risk** of the Trading Desks. The position is
**based in Singapore** and include oversight of both global and Asian energy markets.
**Your missions as a Middle Office Analyst include**:

- Model, value and analyze market risks for trading activities relating to the portfolio of Gas, Power and LNG
- Control physical and financial transactions, transport, storage and currency exchange operations and validate prices in computer systems
- Analyze Mark to Market valuations, risk positions and realized profits / losses on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain analytical reports on risk positions and trading results for traders and management.
- Work closely with traders, operations, back office and finance teams to measure and explain the sources of market risk to which portfolios are exposed.
- Maintain and improve risk models.
- Support, identify and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems.
- Optimize files, data processing and data analysis using VBA, Python, Alteryx
- Retrieve external website data (website parsing, API connection, etc.)
- Automate daily processes
- Create and automate dashboards to provide value-added information to internal stakeholders

- The Risk Control Analyst is part of the Global Risk Control team involving Houston, London, and Singapore.
- The Risk Control Analyst works closely with Front Office, Operations, Back Office, Finance, Compliance, and Trading System teams. The team works across locations and product types including Natural gas, LNG, Power, Renewables and Dry bulk products.
- The Middle Office is responsible for calculating profits and losses and for managing the risks of the trading department. It is responsible for all aspects of market risk control, such as risk identification, measurement, monitoring and disclosure across various classes of energy commodity assets.

The global activities of the Gas & Power Branch of Total SA, and its affiliates, subsidiaries and associated companies (“Total Gas & Power”, "Group" or "Total Group") include the marketing and trading of natural gas, liquefied natural gas ("LNG") and power, the trading of liquefied petroleum gas ("LPG"), natural gas transportation and storage, as well as LNG re-gasification and the production and sale of coal and petcoke.

Total Gas & Power’s trading teams are responsible for optimising the purchase/sales portfolios of gas, electricity, coal and LPG via transactions (arbitrage, balancing and hedging) in all recognised markets, in compliance with Group trading guidelines.
TGPA participates and supports Total Gas & Power’s efforts in developing its energy trading network of Asian and Australian counterparts and increasing market share, identifying new opportunities and complementing the expansion of Total Gas & Power’s trading portfolio.
