**Marketing & Communications Intern**

Do you love spicy and Mala food? At QuantFood, we believe Mala is the new sexy. QuantFood aims to create meaningful dining experiences and to bring more innovation into the F&B industry. Quantfood now owns 3 brands which are Chengdu Restaurant (Sichuan stir-fried meals), Taikoo Lane Hotpot (Sichuan hotpot restaurant), and Chengdu Bowl (fusion Sichuan-style poke bowl delivery concept). We are expanding in Southeast Asia with a simple idea to make the modern Sichuan cuisine accessible to more people.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Write up & define content for online/offline campaigns (e.g. social media posts, flyers,...)
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Execute offline marketing initiatives (e.g. including flyers, OOH media, events,...)
- Collaborate with other internal teams & third-party agencies to execute marketing initiatives
- Communicate with media outlets and draft press releases
- Manage QuantFood Singapore Social Media accounts
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable
- Plan interviews and press conferences
- Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams **Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Experience in marketing or other relevant fields (preferred)
- Proactive, self-sufficient and able to multi-task
- Highly energetic and creative mindset - able to think outside the box - Strong verbal, written, design and analytical skills
