Responsibilities:

- Report to the facilities Manager on the daily work.
- Lead a team of technician in the provision and implementation of electrical works / CCTV / Card Access and maintenance services for the site.
- Troubleshoot electrical work / CCTV / Card access and building service failures when necessary.
- Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned / ah-hoc maintenance/ project works and their work routines.
- Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the Client's facilities through routine checks and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Effectively utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/ ISMM) to track Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports, and Corrective Work Orders.
- Check & ensure adequacy of spares & stocks for repairs & maintenance function of for electrical equipments / CCTV / card access
- On duty to standby for response to emergency fault calls after officer hour
- Liaise with user to prepare and submit work proposal for job requests received.
- Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for Corrective Maintenance works before required time frame in contract.
- Attend daily operation toolbox meeting.
- Coordinate with inspection team to plan inspection check.
- Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations, etc.
- Compile and maintain service reports, Licenses/Certificates on site.
- Prepare and submit Maintenance Works and Services monthly reports.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Facilities Manager/ client SO.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or higher nitec in electrical/engineering with relevant experience
- At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in this area
