Roles & Responsibilities
- Work Location: West
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Thur, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Fri
- Salary up to S$2,300
**Our client specialises in kitchen equipment, supermarket equipment & accessories, Japanese lacquer ware, crockery, and packaging materials.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures all sales orders are entered, issue and process sales orders in timely manner
- Generation, Checking & filing of Packing List, Invoices and delivery orders.
- Generate credit note, debit note or replacement note for goods returned, short bill, sales report, update web order for new products and outlet.
- Check Inventory balance, Order office supplied
Ad Hoc Duties
**Job Requirements**:
- ‘N' Level or above
- With relevant experience, PC Literate
- Able work independently, self motivated as well as a team.
