We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** Advisory Specialist - Product Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

This role reports to the Global & Asia Head of Advisory within the Investments & Wealth Solutions in GPB&W and will focus on product management aspects for the Advisory business. Key responsibilities include:

- Resolve audit issues and platform gaps by collaborating with each of the local markets
- Manage the adherence to global target operating model and support regular updates
- Organize and run the governance forums internally within Advisory and drive submissions of policy updates to other relevant committees
- Assist new markets launching Advisory offerings with business readiness
- Implement new operating processes and liaise with COO and Business Management teams to deliver solutions to front office, such as change in client documentation related to the Advisory business
- Handle finance related discussions including invoicing validation with vendors
- Manage budgeting for the business globally and funding requirements for capability investment cases across local markets
- Drive platform implementation for new markets including evaluation of vendors
- Coordinate the ongoing change request process globally and manage the pipeline for future capability development
- Lead as product owner for Aladdin globally and manage the relationship with BRS including all operational and administrative aspects
Requirements
- Degree in finance/business and with other professional accreditations such as CFA
- At least 10 years of experience in banking or asset management
- Has been in a product management function with knowledge on risk, operations and governance frameworks and operating across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of investment solutions, platforms and various local regulatory environment
- Good balance of handling both strategic and operational aspects of the business
- An effective communicator with strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent stakeholder management, with astute ability to navigate complexity
