**Position Overview**:
As a Social Media/Public Relations Content Creator at Happinest, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and building meaningful connections within our community. We are looking for a creative individual who can craft compelling content that resonates with our audience, fosters engagement, and contributes to the overall growth of Happinest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Happinest's brand and goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Cultivate relationships with parents, partners, and media outlets to enhance our public relations efforts.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media/Public Relations Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and analytics.
- Passion for children, education and community building.
