**Job Description** OVERVIEW**:
This person will work closely with our regional team in taking on existing customers as well as developing new sales leads across the sports technology, entertainment and gaming industries.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Develop and drive our business in the region, with a focus on establishing strong connections within the sports media, skill-based gaming, and entertainment spaces
- Use all available resources to develop sales opportunities; manage pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Build and nurture contacts and provide timely communications and follow-up to clients
- Learn and understand how our products and services can help clients achieve their business objectives and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell where appropriate
- Research and analyse the competition/product, identify possible gaps in the current market and come up with potential solutions that we can explore and implement
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams on presentations, product demos and on-site customer visits; devise new approaches to problems and work with the relevant internal teams on enhancing our capabilities and market reach
- Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Leadership: This role requires strong communication skills, as well as display executive presence and confidence in varying levels of stakeholder management.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, with a strong emphasis on identifying business opportunities and closing deals.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative problem solving is critical as we look to build out products that fit into a new and growing market.
- Relationship Management: Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives in large or highly strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions and engagements.
- Must have a network of contacts across sports, media and skill-based gaming industry.
- Native proficiency in English and Hindi, other Indian dialects are a bonus
