**Responsibilities**
- _Formulate and monitor strategies, work plans, budget, risk management, perform management reporting, industry benchmarking, as well as analytics support._
- _Strengthen governance and manage efficient management systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and ISO55001 standards._
- _Ensure efficient technical training to improve staff competency and maintain approved training status from ITE, WSG, and IMI._

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- _Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines._
- _Minimum 10 year of relevant experience in automotive industry._

- _Knowledge in automotive and electric vehicle industry_
- _Knowledge in training industry (SFw, ITE ATC, etc.)_
- _Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and ISO55001_
- _Familiarity with business planning, budgeting, financial modeling, and risk analysis process_
- _Excellent in report writing, numerical analysis, and presentation_
